Affirmations wall hanging

I am working on a new project that has some meaning to it with the pieces of fabrics I created. It has a saying for us to remind ourselves to be true to ourselves and not put down ourselves when we make mistakes. We are all human and the world out there is very stressful and there's lots people out there that suffer from what is known as depression. Depression comes to us in many forms but it is a brain disorder and not to put down. I'm making a quilted wall hanging to display in my home for my own family to see and read to remind us that we have control by telling ourselves these positive words do not knock yourselves down no matter what. I was faced with finding out my own son at 9 years old that in school he was having trouble coping with other kids not liking him judging him. He would hit his head on walls just to keep bad thoughts in his head. And from that his anxiety got worse with depression. We went through a time that he did not want to live, in and out of school to be evaluated to go back to school. How does a parent live with that? Hearing others saying it's our fault or that we are spoiling because his in an only child. Everyday we are faced still with his depression. Therapist help but sometimes he forgets all his self worth when faced with kids or adults. My son is doing well now with a lot of work with therapist and nice prescription of Zoloft we are now getting back to normal. But incident will happen to case him to think he not worthy just hope he can move on and know his life worth it no matter what others say. We need affirmations daily before school, before bed and other times. Tell people in your life that they are beautiful just the way they are whether they have meat on their bones, or not. They can go about their day with positive thoughts about themselves and with those affirmations I have created for decorating our sofas or the walls. Sometimes when life gets busy we all need reminders that be true to ourselves if not what else is there. No one can pick themselves up but you, no one can get to the doctors but you, you are the driver of yourself. We have to help ourselves no matter what until we can not. So please check out my affirmation and check back from time to time because I am creating new designs soon.
